Meet Lee Rozins

I’m currently the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Aligned, a company that will change the way the world negotiates.

Before starting up my own company, I founded the growth arm of Onaroll, an employee rewards app that incentives productivity and longevity. During my 3 year stint as VP of Growth, I lead immense revenue growth in the company as we grew from 0-12m in signed ARR during that time period.

Prior to Onaroll, I was the VP of Sales at Cheetah, one of the fastest growing SMB supply e-commerce platforms. Serving on the executive team reporting directly to the CEO, I built a scalable sales training, playbook and machine from the ground up. We grew our sales organization by 10X, our revenue by 7X to over 250m, and raised over 65 million in funding.

My sales career started my senior year in school as I finished #1 overall, outperforming all 100+ additional student ambassadors and was awarded a full-time sales role at Jobbook in Montreal, Canada. Shortly after, I moved back to NYC to learn B2B SaaS selling from some of the most incredible sales gurus at Singleplatform. My love for sales quickly evolved as I grew from the #1 overall salesperson to the #1 sales manager.

Recently, I’ve been asked to advise, speak to and coach eager sales leaders & individuals on my influencing & selling philosophy. Additionally, I’ve been awarded as one of the top sales minds on LinkedIn which has led to the opportunity to speak on multiple sales podcasts and with many like-minded thought leaders.

Simply put, I help others find a way to reach their desired outcome in sales. Through a very specific set of principles and methodologies, I build and equip leaders with the winning playbook to drive revenue and growth.

Mottos I live by:

  1. If you won’t find a way to win, someone else will.

  2. Turn negatives into positives.

  3. See every day as an opportunity to better yourself.

  4. Surround yourself with people who lift you higher.

  5. If you want to be in the 1%, you need to be willing to do what the 99% of people won’t.
