Studying Top Performers: Interpretation

As many of you know, I LOVE studying my top performers.

So, after continuously hearing the same feedback about how this one salesperson always makes the rest of our team happier and better...

...I asked him to “explain how you think your attitude/mindset differs from the others”.

His answer was PERFECT.

He goes:
“It’s all about interpretation. I simply see the best in everything. There’s so much negativity and hate in this world, but my opinions and understanding are always through a positive lens and that for sure impacts my feelings, which impacts my actions, which impacts my results. I positively interpret everything that happens to me.”

What a formula for success that is.
