Feedback is a gift.

So, here’s one piece for the salesperson who just pitched me:

TONALITY.

You need to focus on your tonality.

The lack of confidence and enthusiasm in your tone brought a huge speed bump onto your road to sales town.

If you don’t imply confidence and certainty through your tone, I will not think you are the expert or believe anything you’re saying to be true.

If you don’t imply enthusiasm through your tone, I will not be excited or eager to listen to what you have to say.

You need to remember -

Tonality will always lead the way in phone sales and communication.

Tonality allows you to transfer your emotions to your prospect.

Tonality will always be your secret weapon.

If you don’t get it right, you’re wasting perfectly good food on the table.

The right tone always closes more deals.
