It's so easy to forget to celebrate all the small wins.

Make it a habit to prioritize this piece of management!

Regardless of how consultative or transactional your sale is, you need to constantly celebrate all the checkpoints that are being reached.

Each sales process has a start and finish to it. As your salespeople put the work in and move that prospect along that path to the finish line (Decision Maker contact, Meetings Scheduled/Held, Contracts etc.), show some real recognition.

This could be as simple as a handshake, email or shoutout in front of the team. There's no shortage of actions you can take to accomplish this.

Celebrating these small wins will naturally enhance your team's motivation and confidence.
