I let this go in one ear and out the other.
I kept assuming that every “qualified lead” fell into the same buying category and my value props would remain the same.
The moment I started working at understanding what’s really in it for them, and what problems they actually needed solved...the best part of what I was selling them became obvious.
I started tailoring every pitch with ease.
I started highlighting the value props they NEEDED to hear and see.
I started closing more sales.

My new approach was simple:
1. Ask the right questions
2. Identify their problems
3. Show them how specific features and benefits will improve their life and business through what I’ve learned.
