What's an easy task for today?

To do the same as you did yesterday.
(Most people do this one)

What's a difficult task for today?

To do something different then you did yesterday.
(Few people do this one)

That "different" represents one of the most powerful tools you have.

Learning by doing.

With the number of interactions you're having on a daily basis, you are learning more then you think. From what I've observed, the learning isn't the challenge. The application of your learnings is.

Here's how you can simply chip away at this challenge:

Write down 1 learning lesson at the end of every day on a sticky note, which you'll put right in front of you for the next day. This constant reminder of what you are trying to change or implement forces you to constantly adjust your approach and philosophy to support it.
