It’s Up to YOU.

One of my top AE's turned 30 today.

I asked him "If you could tell your 20-year-old self something super helpful, what would that be?"

He goes "When I get into the office each day, it's up to me to find a way to be better than yesterday."

At the end of the day, those who progress the quickest in their careers are also the ones who hold themselves accountable for seeing each day as an opportunity to better themselves.

Find a way to be better than yesterday.
If you won't, someone else will.
