Make Someone’s Day

Make someone's day today.

It's wild to think that you have the ability to do that...but you do.

It's SO easy -

Shoot someone a text or email engaging in a genuine, conscious act of kindness. Thank them, compliment them, congratulate them, etc...

Think about the last time someone did this to you, and how you felt.

If making them happier wasn't enough of an incentive,
you'll also reap the benefits with a more positive mindset.

This sounds cheesy, but it works.
