The Power of Self-Awareness

Self-awareness is a superpower.

It’s very difficult to always have this switch flipped.

The ability to identify and understand your own emotions and how they impact others is crucial in your personal life, the workplace and especially in sales.

You are ALWAYS in a position to do the right or wrong thing.

In my opinion, the right thing is always positively impacting others around you. The wrong is the opposite.

There are tons of different ways to break this down, so I’ll leave you with only one -

Don’t wear your negative emotions on your sleeves.

Yes, it’s much easier said then done...and this it not to say you can’t have negative emotions.

It’s to highlight this simple fact -
Your actions and emotions will 100% influence other peoples actions and emotions. If you are negative, others are more likely to become as well.

Think about the types of people you want to spend your time around. They are always uplifting and happy. Seriously.

Try and flip the awareness switch on all the time to understand how your energy and emotional states are influencing others.

It’s always happening.
